“When we checked in we were the only ones there. It was dark, all the lights were off, scary like a haunted house. Very Creepy at night. Mattress needs replaced, way too firm. The dark haired younger guy who checked us in said his mom was sick, so we can't do dinner and you may not want to eat breakfast either. Scared to eat breakfast, but the wife liked it and she got very sick after that. Rough night. ”

E' un vecchio hotel tradizionale, di bell'aspetto, ma che non ha avuto una regolare manutenzione ed oggi risulta essere datato, con le camere vecchie e i bagni che andrebbero modernizzati. “All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. My only criticism of the hotel is the evening food options were disappointing and means that you really need to go out to find...
